The Vintage Flat for Stratocaster carries all the sound and shine like the Vintage Staggered Strat Model, but the flat alnico 5 rod magnets provides even more string balance for more modern guitars with larger neck radiuses. It holds a smoother tone because of the flat poles giving the sound less edgy. Besides the flat pole pieces, the same materials were built in this pickup as they are in vintage Fender style single coil pickups. A great way to smoothen out your sound.
