Lakland USA 44-60 One Off Custom Flamed Redwood 4 String Jazz Bass

The USA 44-60 Custom Flamed Redwood 4 String Jazz bass is the first of it's kind. Custom 44-60 Jazz Bass with an Ash body and a Flamed Redwood custom top. These are not laminates but thick wood tops. Notice the top has no pick guard and no control plate. This is to not cover up the premium walnut. The Flamed Redwood top is stunning. Midlothian Music hand picks the wood for these basses and are truly the best available. This model has the slim premium rosewood fingerboard with some cool color in the grain, and the 1.5" nut width you'd expect from a 60's Jazz Bass. This bass has a great custom look and possible collectable. Great balance and comfortable feel. Smooth tone from the Lakland hand-wound single coil pickups. Black Lakland hardshell case included.
