Our Limited Return/Exchange Policy

***IMPORTANT! Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!***

Online Orders:

Midlothian Music ships world wide via UPS and EMS International. All items are professionally setup, inspected, shop adjusted, cleaned and sanitized. As a service center for over 63 years our gear goes out as good as it gets. We photo and video all products working properly prior to shipping. We are veterans in shipping and pack each item better than the manufacture sends it to us. If any package is damaged when it is received, Midlothian Music will take care of all return shipments and coordinate with UPS to get the item back. Refunds for damaged items will occur once the item is received back to us. Customers have 24 hours from the time you receive it to notify us and will pay for insured freight back and will be 100% responsible for any damage on the returned shipment. If there is any damage to any item on the return shipping, the customer is responsible for filing the damage claim and following through for the payment. New Items are not refundable after 24 hours unless item was not described properly or damaged. No returns on any item altered or modified. If you just don't want the item and return it with in the 24 hour period a 15% restocking will apply.

In-Store Purchases:

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we understand a return or exchange may be necessary. If for any reason an item is to be returned, it must be within 7 days of the purchase, and returned to Midlothian Music. Must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt. If there is nothing wrong with the product a 15% restocking fee for instruments returned will be deducted. Any item that has been altered or modified is not returnable. If a product is defective 100% refund will apply or exchange. 

Late/Missing Refunds:  All financial institutions has their own time frame for posting a refund and is beyond our control.  Please contact your financial institution to learn of their posting policies.  If you haven’t received the refund and it has been at least a day past the institution’s deadline, please contact us at sales@midlothianmusic.com.
