The DiMarzio Mo’ Joe humbucker is all about tone, definition and higher D.C. output. Joe Satriani had the famous FRED humbucker is his Ibanez guitar for years and recently wanted a hotter pickup so the Mo'Joe has now replaced the FRED in the production model.
Its name says it all. It has more power and nothing else has changed. All the same characteristics including harmonics that made FRED famous are all there. The Mo'Joe being recommended for the bridge position is a great upgrade for any guitar!
